Ventaloom stores account, brand, draft, schedule, media URL, and connected Instagram account and Telegram channel metadata needed to generate and publish posts.

Instagram access tokens and previously supplied customer bot tokens are encrypted server-side. Ventaloom’s shared bot credentials stay in private server configuration. Credentials are not exposed in the browser or API responses.

When you request AI writing, your brand profile, post topic, language, and confirmed details are sent to Groq to generate a draft. If AI image generation is enabled, the image brief and relevant brand context are sent to OpenAI. Social account credentials are not included in AI prompts.

Telegram connections also store the Telegram user ID and channel identity used to verify publishing permissions. Users can disconnect Instagram or Telegram and request data deletion from the Data Deletion page.
