Data Deletion

Disconnecting a channel stops future publishing through that connection. It does not delete your profile or saved posts.

Request deletion

1. Open Channels in your workspace and disconnect the accounts you no longer want to use.
2. Contact the app owner using your existing pilot contact. Include the email address you used to register and say that you want your Ventaloom account and data deleted.
3. Never send your password or Telegram bot credentials. Ask the owner to confirm when the request is complete.

A public support contact is not listed yet. If you do not have a pilot contact, a direct deletion-request contact must be provided by the app owner.

Deletion includes brand profiles, drafts, scheduled posts, usage events, OAuth state records, and encrypted Instagram tokens.
